Dear Parents,

Welcome to Third Grade!  This is my third year teaching third grade. Prior to that I have taught kindergarten, first grade, second grade, fourth grade, special education life skills and special education resource.  I have been teaching in orting for 25 years. I have lived in orting for 35 years.  My husband was born and raised here.  We still live in the house he was raised in.  I have two daughters and a grandson who have gone throguh the Orting School system.  Now my 5 year old grandson is in kindergarten.  I love small towns and Orting in particular.  I like living in the town I work in and seeing students and families around town.  The kids are always so funny when I see them out side of school.  They are surprised that you "actually go to the store." If you have any questions of concerns please email me at pinkertonl@orting.wednet.edu.
