Return to Work Program (RTW)

To enable the Orting School District to adequately support an employee’s safe return to work after an (on-the-job) medical-related leave, the returning employee will be required to submit an APF to Holly Mortenson (HR Return to Work Coordinator) prior to returning work. If restrictions are noted by your medical provider, we will need time to allow review accommodations that may be needed, confirm any needed approvals, and communicate the necessary information to the employee’s supervisor.
