As of December 1, 2021, Orting School District (OSD) has partnered with First Choice Health to provide employees with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Program offerings provide you, your spouse or domestic partner, and your children up to age 26, free services with a licensed behavioral health provider.

Services are designed to support you or your immediate family members when individuals are experiencing issues or concerns in areas such as relationship, emotional, behavioral, mental health and/or substance abuse. The district’s annual plan allows those regularly employed in OSD up to five (5) sessions per unique issue per 12 months.

Additionally, some work/life resources are available.

Confidential assessment and referral services are available 24/7 through our new EAP services. Appointments with licensed counselors may be in-person, via text, live chat, phone or video conferencing.
