-Orting Food Bank
Orting Food Bank is a great resource for students and families in need of food assistance. During the year, they supply Weekend Meals in student backpacks on Fridays. Contact Megan Barbara, if your child needs weekend meals.Starting Monday, Jun. 20, 2022, the Orting Food Bank will begin its Summer Lunch Program, providing free grab-and-go lunches for children aged 1-18 years old at the Orting City Park barbecue area every Monday through Friday (except July 4, 2022), between 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., up to Sept. 2, 2022. The Haven Center is a great resource for teens and adolescents. Their mission is to empower youth to become independent, successful, contributing members of their community. Their vision is to become a haven for teens in Orting. To help our Orting teens be recognized as a cornerstone of the Orting Valley Community.
